The cabin requires a three night minimum booking and reservations require a deposit. Sales tax is collected on all charges.

June Pricing - Rentals are $350.00 per night for up to 8 occupants. Each guest over 8 occupants is an additional $50 per night up to a maximum of 12 occupants.

July & August - Rentals are $450.00 per night for up to 8 occupants. Each guest over 8 occupants is an additional $50 per night up to a maximum of 12 occupants.

Labor Day Weekend - Rentals are $500.00 per night for up to 8 occupants. Each guest over 8 occupants is an additional $50 per night up to a maximum of 12 occupants.

Check In time is 4:00pm on first day of rental.
Check Out time is 10:00am on last day of rental.

Deposits
30% non-refundable deposit at time of reservation. 70% due 30 days prior to check in.

Cleaning Fee $175.00 USD is required on all rentals.
